By accessing or using the SANNO Health platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
"SANNO", "we", "us", or "our" means SANNO Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom.
"Platform" means the SANNO Health software-as-a-service product, including the practice management system, patient portal, research tools, and all associated features.
"User" means any practitioner, clinic, researcher, or organisation that has registered an account on the Platform.
"Patient Data" means any personal or health-related information relating to an individual that is uploaded to or processed via the Platform.
SANNO provides a digital health platform designed to support healthcare practitioners and clinics in delivering personalised care. The Platform includes tools for patient management, health data tracking, AI-assisted questionnaires, nutrition planning, and observational research.
The Platform is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. It is a professional tool to assist qualified practitioners in delivering care.
To use the Platform, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@sanno.health if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
SANNO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have not been used for an extended period.
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are set out on our Pricing page and in any applicable order form.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly set out herein or required by applicable law. SANNO reserves the right to change subscription fees on reasonable notice.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Where you upload or process Patient Data on the Platform, you act as a data controller and SANNO acts as a data processor. A Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") applies to such processing and is available on request.
The Platform is hosted within the European Union and is designed to be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, algorithms, designs, and content created by SANNO, are owned by SANNO Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to the Platform other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it during the subscription term.
You retain ownership of all Patient Data and other content you upload to the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SANNO makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
SANNO does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any decisions made by practitioners or patients based on information provided through the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANNO's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SANNO in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall SANNO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Either party may terminate a subscription by providing notice in accordance with the terms of the applicable subscription plan. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and we will make your data available for export for a period of 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
SANNO may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
